Joseph Alagna’s career in the securities industry spans more than 30 years. Joe serves as the Chairman & CEO of Joseph Gunnar & Co. (est. in 1997), a full service broker dealer and boutique investment bank, which provides a variety of investment banking and advisory services to emerging and micro-cap companies. Mr. Alagna is also the Founder and Co-Manager of Buttonwood Group Advisors, which works to help Founders and Key employees structure and management liquidity needs, and invests in disruptive technologies that will change our world.
